Grand Rapids, MI, September 29, 2024 – Acrisure, a global fintech leader, has appointed Robin Benoit as its new Chief People Officer (CPO), effective immediately. Benoit, who had been serving in the role on an interim basis since March 2024, will now oversee the company’s human resources functions, including talent acquisition, employee development, total rewards, and organizational culture. She will report directly to Greg Williams, Acrisure’s co-founder, chairman, and CEO.
In her new role, Benoit will lead initiatives aimed at nurturing a strong organizational culture, aligning employee initiatives with the company’s growth strategy, and supporting the development of diverse and high-performing teams.

Benoit has previously held leadership roles at State Street Corporation, Alternate Solutions Health Network, and other companies, and led her own consultancy practice. She holds an MBA from Northeastern University’s D’Amore-McKim School of Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Rhode Island College.
