San Antonio, Texas, United States, October 2024 – Hannah Cullen has been appointed as the new Chief People Officer (CPO) at Bantam Communications, where she will oversee all aspects of human resources, including talent acquisition, professional development, employee engagement, and people-centric strategies. In her new role, Hannah will be focused on cultivating the company’s unique culture while driving employee satisfaction and retention. She brings a wealth of leadership experience to this role, having previously served as the Chief Operating Officer (COO) at Bantam Communications.

Hannah Cullen has been with Bantam Communications for more than six years. Prior to being named CPO, she served as Chief Operating Officer for about two and a half years, where she was responsible for operational excellence and strategic initiatives that drove the company’s growth. Her leadership was instrumental in ensuring efficient operations, while also focusing on talent development and employee satisfaction.
Before stepping into the COO role, Hannah held the position of Chief of Staff at Bantam Communications for approximately four years. In this role, she managed a wide range of projects and provided strategic support to the leadership team, focusing on enhancing company culture and operational efficiency. During this time, she also served as a Project Director, managing key initiatives that contributed to the company’s success in clean energy advocacy.
Prior to joining Bantam Communications, Hannah served as Marketing Manager at Mountain High Media for nearly three years, where she was responsible for managing marketing strategies and campaigns. Additionally, she gained valuable experience as a Program Development Specialist at WorldStrides for about a year and a half, where she contributed to educational program development and strategic initiatives.
