In January 2025, Anirudh Madan joined Johnson & Johnson MedTech as a Talent Acquisition Partner, bringing a wealth of expertise in recruitment and HR strategies. Prior to this, he served as a Recruitment Consultant at Connexions: A Career Guidance and Development Centre, where he managed end-to-end recruitment processes and enhanced hiring efficiency.

Before Connexions, Anirudh worked as Manager – Talent Acquisition at Synergy Staffing & Consultancy Services Pvt. Ltd., overseeing a team and managing hiring for multinational companies across diverse industries. His career also includes a significant tenure as Talent Acquisition Specialist at Abbott, where he handled recruitment across key zones in India, focusing on strategic talent sourcing and stakeholder management.

Earlier in his career, Anirudh gained valuable experience at HDFC AMC as a Human Resource Officer, contributing to recruitment, HR operations, and training & development functions. His foundation in talent acquisition was built during his early roles at CRISIL Limited and other recruitment consultancy firms.
