Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, June 2026 – Address Maker has announced the appointment of Manoj Gangadhar Chellani as its Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer. Bringing more than two decades of experience across real estate, sales leadership, business strategy, operations, customer experience, and revenue management, Chellani will lead the company’s next phase of growth as it continues to strengthen its position in India’s real estate sector.
Prior to joining Address Maker, Manoj Gangadhar Chellani spent nearly seven years with Arvind SmartSpaces, where he held a series of progressively larger leadership roles. Most recently, he served as Chief Business Officer, leading the company’s South India operations with full P&L responsibility. His role encompassed business development, land acquisition, product strategy, sales, marketing, customer relationship management, project execution, handovers, facilities management, and overall profitability. Before that, he served as Chief Sales & Marketing Officer, Chief Sales Officer, and National Sales Head, playing a significant role in expanding the company’s market presence across multiple regions.
Earlier, Chellani served as Vice President – Sales at Runwal, where he led the premium and luxury residential portfolio of the group. He was responsible for driving sales performance across several flagship projects and strengthening the company’s position in Mumbai’s competitive luxury real estate market.
Before Runwal, he spent over two years with Radius Developers, progressing from Assistant General Manager – Sales to General Manager – Sales. During this period, he managed sales operations for key developments including Viceroy Park, Ten BKC, 7 Waterfront, and One Mahalaxmi, contributing to business growth and customer acquisition initiatives.
His real estate leadership journey also includes a tenure with LODHA Group as Associate General Manager – Marketing, where he focused on pre-sales and marketing for luxury real estate projects in both domestic and international markets. This experience provided him with deep exposure to premium real estate branding, customer engagement, and global investor outreach.
Earlier in his career, Chellani held leadership and operational roles with Tech Mahindra Business Services, Intelenet Global Services, i2c World, Inc., and BT Infonet India. Across these organizations, he built expertise in sales, customer service, operations management, team leadership, collections, mortgage origination, and telecom services. These diverse experiences helped shape his strong customer-centric and performance-driven leadership approach.
Manoj Gangadhar Chellani holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance and Financial Management Services from ICFAI Business School, providing him with a strong foundation in financial management, business strategy, and organizational leadership.
