New York, United States, January 2025 – Michael Meerovich has joined Mobile Health as the Chief Financial Officer. In his new role, Michael will oversee the organization’s financial strategy and operations, utilizing his extensive expertise in financial planning, analysis, and SaaS business metrics to drive growth and innovation. He will play a key role in advancing Mobile Health’s mission to enhance workplace well-being through digital health solutions.
Michael joins Mobile Health from Sword Health, where he served as Vice President of Finance for nearly two years. At Sword Health, he led FP&A processes, standardized SaaS metrics, and supported successful fundraising efforts, achieving high growth and profitability. He also enhanced financial reporting and forecasting, positioning the organization for sustained success.
Prior to that, Michael spent over five years at Collibra, where he rose to the role of Vice President of Finance. During his tenure, he oversaw a more than eightfold ARR growth and expanded the FP&A and procurement functions. He also implemented a financial planning tool, integrated acquisitions, and spearheaded public company readiness efforts.
Michael’s earlier career includes strategic finance leadership roles at TravelClick and kgb, where he managed financial modeling, cash flow forecasting, and SaaS business optimization for private equity-backed companies. At Johnson & Johnson, he contributed to global financial planning and analysis for the company’s $25 billion pharmaceutical business, while also leading projects to enhance accuracy in financial reporting.
Michael began his career at Johnson & Johnson through its Finance Leadership Development Program, where he gained diverse experience across financial audits, cost projections, and capital budgeting. His broad expertise across industries has honed his skills in financial strategy, team leadership, and business transformation.
