Wilmington, Massachusetts, United States, January 2025 – Paul McDermott has been appointed as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Spectra Medical Devices, LLC. In this role, Paul will oversee financial operations, strategic planning, and business growth initiatives, leveraging his extensive experience in finance and corporate strategy to further enhance Spectra’s global leadership in manufacturing and healthcare solutions.
Paul has been with Spectra Medical Devices for nearly two years, having previously served as Corporate Controller, where he played a pivotal role in streamlining financial processes and ensuring operational excellence.

Prior to joining Spectra, Paul was the VP of Finance at EB Metal US, where he successfully led financial operations, contributing to organizational growth and profitability. Before that, he spent over five years at Infraredx, a Nipro Company, holding various roles, including Vice President of Finance, Business, and Corporate Strategy and Corporate Controller, where he drove financial strategy and operational improvements.
Paul began his career in public accounting at MFA – Moody, Famiglietti & Andronico, where he rose to the position of Senior Audit Manager. In this capacity, he worked with clients across industries, performing audits, reviews, and financial planning. Paul also served as a Finance Committee Member for the Town of Tewksbury, demonstrating his commitment to community financial oversight and policy development.
