Princeton, New Jersey, United States, April 2026 — Digile has welcomed Rajat Sharma as President – Americas, strengthening its leadership team as the company continues to expand its digital technology consulting capabilities across global markets. In this role, he will support Digile’s growth agenda across the Americas, bringing extensive experience in strategy, digital transformation, technology consulting, and large-scale business expansion.
Rajat Sharma brings decades of global leadership experience across digital transformation, enterprise technology, business strategy, cloud, infrastructure, data, advanced engineering, and growth-led consulting. He has worked closely with large enterprises, including Fortune 100 companies, helping them derive value from complex transformation programs and technology-led business initiatives.
Before taking on the role of President – Americas at Digile, Rajat served as Strategic Advisor – Technology, Practice & Growth at Digile, where he supported CXO-level growth initiatives and practice-led business expansion. He is also the Founder & CEO of NGN ADVISORY, where he focuses on technology strategy, operations advisory, business architecture, consulting, roadmap development, and implementation.
Earlier, Rajat held senior leadership roles at Zensar Technologies, where he served as Excom Member & Global Head of Platforms and Senior Vice President – Advanced Engineering & Data Analytics. At Zensar, he was responsible for building integrated platform organizations across infrastructure, security, cloud platforms, data, digital engineering, partner ecosystems, analyst relations, solution consulting, and delivery for large cloud and infrastructure programs.
Rajat has also held senior roles at Accenture, Deloitte Consulting, and Cognizant. At Accenture, he served as Managing Director and NA Lead Intelligent Cloud and Infra (CMT). At Deloitte Consulting, he worked as Managing Director/Partner, driving next-generation cloud strategy and operate offerings in the technology, media, and telecom sector. At Cognizant, he served as Vice President and previously led cloud and infrastructure business for the BFS vertical.
His earlier career includes leadership assignments with Tech Mahindra, Alcatel-Lucent, Perot Systems, Tata Elxsi Limited, and Fujitsu ICIM, where he worked across large deals, strategic accounts, outsourcing, sales management, telecom, healthcare, insurance, life sciences, and international business development. Rajat is also associated with The College of New Jersey as a Guest Lecturer, where he teaches concepts and real-world use cases for applying machine learning and visualization to MBA students.
