Shruti Malhotra has been associated with Siemens for over three years, previously serving as Head of Learning and Growth – India, where she led executive development, leadership programs, and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to this, she was Chief Manager – Learning, working across Digital Industries, Siemens Energy, Financial Services, and Corporate functions.

Before joining Siemens, she spent over 13 years at Orange Business Services, where she held several leadership roles, including Head HR Projects – APAC, overseeing workforce transformation, talent strategy, and DEI initiatives. She also served as Senior Manager HR, focusing on learning, talent management, and employee engagement.
Earlier in her career, she worked with Sopra Steria as Assistant Manager – HR, where she contributed to HR strategy and organizational development.
