Kamali brings over a decade of human resources expertise to a role where he is poised to shape the workforce strategy amidst the company’s expansive growth.
Prior to joining SnappGrocery, Kamali served as the Vice President of Human Resources at MyDigipay from February 2023 to January 2024, where he honed his skills in business acumen and strategic goal setting. Before MyDigipay, he was the Human Resources Director at NAK, a world-class telecom managed services company, from April 2021 to March 2023. At NAK, he played a pivotal role in aligning HR strategies with business objectives to support company growth.
Kamali also contributed significantly to Dr. Abidi Pharmaceuticals as a Learning and Development Manager from June 2018 to May 2021, where he was responsible for developing and implementing innovative training programs that enhanced employee skills and performance.
