Dickson, whose role became effective in March 2024, has been with FNZ Group for over five years, demonstrating exceptional leadership and operational expertise. His new position as COO and SMF24 (Senior Manager Function) underscores the pivotal role he plays in the company’s strategy and execution.
Matt Dickson’s journey in the financial services industry is marked by significant achievements and leadership roles across notable firms. Prior to his current role, he served as the Chief Operating Officer for FNZ integration, where he was instrumental in streamlining operations and enhancing the integration process within the company. His tenure at FNZ also included a vital role as CASS/Platform Executive – CF10a Office, where he was responsible for ensuring compliance and effective platform operations in Bristol, London, and Edinburgh.
Before joining FNZ, Dickson held the position of Head of Investment Operations & CF10a at Standard Life Aberdeen, where he contributed significantly to the firm’s operational efficiency and regulatory compliance. His experience also includes a lengthy tenure at AXA Wealth, culminating in the role of Head of Investment Operations & CF10a. Dickson’s career foundation was built on roles such as Senior Business Analyst at both AXA Life Insurance and Wealth Management Software, as well as Assistant Manager, Branch Operations at Royal Bank of Scotland Group.
