Before that, she was Director of the Commercial Division at Precision People UK, where she specialized in senior-level recruitment, executive search, and operational leadership. Her tenure at Pertemps Network Group spanned over eight years, where she held the role of Regional Manager, overseeing multiple branches, managing recruitment teams, and driving high-performance workforce solutions.
Earlier in her career, Remington honed her expertise at Robert Half, Precision Recruitment, Rilwood Associates, and Office Angels, developing a strong foundation in commercial, industrial, and technical recruitment. With over two decades of experience in talent management, operational efficiency, and strategic business growth, she is set to lead 365 People into its next phase of expansion and success.
