In this leadership position, he will be responsible for driving HR strategy, talent acquisition, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational development, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Prashant has been with AGNIS BULLION HOUSE LLP for nearly five years, previously serving as Human Resources Manager, where he played a pivotal role in compensation management, statutory compliance, and HR policies. His contributions have been instrumental in enhancing workplace culture, streamlining HR operations, and implementing talent management strategies.
Prior to this, Prashant was HR and Strategy Manager at Indian Robotics Solution Pvt Ltd, where he focused on compensation structuring and HR planning. His earlier experience as Assistant Manager Human Resources at Fintel Solutions saw him handling HR operations, employee relations, and talent acquisition.
Prashant holds an MBA in HR from Jaipur National University and is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar University, Agra, reinforcing his expertise in HR compliance and labor laws. His strategic HR leadership and deep industry knowledge make him an asset to AGNIS BULLION HOUSE LLP as it continues to expand in the precious metals market.
