With a strong background in HR operations, talent management, and culture transformation, she will oversee employee relations, compliance, talent acquisition, and organizational development to drive Ventra Health’s growth and people-first culture.
Prior to this appointment, Ashley Rippeth served as Interim Chief People Officer at Ventra Health, where she played a critical role in shaping HR policies, refining leadership frameworks, and enhancing employee engagement programs.
Before joining Ventra Health, she spent over nine years at Advocate RCM, where she held leadership roles including Senior Vice President of Human Resources and HR Director. She was instrumental in workforce planning, mergers & acquisitions, policy development, and HR transformation efforts.
Earlier in her career, Ashley Rippeth served as HR Manager and Office Manager at Advocate RCM, focusing on employee lifecycle management, compliance, and talent strategy. She also held HR leadership roles at FactGem and the Army National Guard, where she gained experience in employee relations, workforce compliance, and leadership coaching.
With a proven track record in HR leadership, organizational development, and workforce optimization, Ashley Rippeth brings a wealth of expertise to Ventra Health, where she will drive strategic HR initiatives, strengthen employee engagement, and align HR policies with the company’s long-term vision.
