Gurugram, Haryana, India, March 2025 – Aanchal Rustagi has been appointed as Vice President Human Resources at Neworld Developers Pvt Ltd. In this role, she will oversee HR strategy, talent management, performance optimization, and organizational development, ensuring the company’s HR initiatives align with business objectives.
Prior to joining Neworld Developers Pvt Ltd, Aanchal Rustagi spent nearly six years at Geetanjali Homestate Pvt Ltd, where she most recently served as Director of Human Resources. In this role, she was responsible for organization restructuring, compensation and benefits management, employee engagement strategies, and talent acquisition at the senior level. Before that, she worked as an HR Business Partner, overseeing performance management, workforce planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Earlier, she held various HR leadership roles at Geetanjali Homestate Pvt Ltd, including Vice President Human Resources, where she played a key role in HR policy formulation, manpower planning, and compliance management. She also spent time as Human Resources Manager, contributing to the company’s talent acquisition and HR analytics strategies.
Before that, she was an HR Executive at Satya Group, managing end-to-end HR functions for residential and commercial real estate projects in Delhi NCR. Additionally, she worked as a Recruitment Specialist at ARCHELONS, handling global talent acquisition for leading automobile companies in the Gulf region.
