Peyman KARGAR Appointed as Head of International Business at TVS Motor Company

Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2025 — Peyman KARGAR has been appointed as the Head of International Business at TVS Motor Company, effective April 1, 2025. Based in Dubai, Peyman will work closely with K. N. Radhakrishnan, Director and CEO of TVS Motor, to accelerate the company’s international growth strategy and enhance its global footprint.

Peyman brings with him over 30 years of global leadership experience in the automotive industry, having served in various pivotal roles across Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. His career is marked by a sharp focus on international business development, market expansion, and transformational leadership across iconic mobility brands.

Before joining TVS Motor, Peyman was Global Chairman and President of INFINITI Motor Company, where he led end-to-end operations including product planning, R&D, manufacturing, sales, and finance. Under his stewardship, the luxury brand repositioned itself globally with a renewed emphasis on design and innovation.

Peyman’s journey includes a distinguished tenure at Nissan Motor Corporation, where he held multiple leadership positions including Chairman of the Africa, Middle East, and India (AMI) Region, and CEO of the DATSUN brand. He also served as Senior Vice President and Adviser on the Management Board of the Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi Alliance, bringing a strategic perspective to cross-border mobility ecosystems.

Throughout his career, Peyman has demonstrated exceptional capability in managing multicultural teams and driving sustainable growth. His experience extends to senior roles at Groupe Renault, where he led commercial, quality, and after-sales functions globally. Most recently, he co-founded and led X-PM Middle East & Africa, Visionary World Holding, and INFINITY EXECUTIVE P.T.I, offering strategic consulting and transformation leadership to businesses across regions.

With his deep understanding of global markets and a strong track record in steering business transformations, Peyman’s appointment marks a strategic milestone in TVS Motor’s ambition to expand its international business. He will lead efforts to scale operations, forge strategic partnerships, and unlock new market opportunities for the company.
