New York, United States, March 2025 — Blend, a global leader in AI-powered data science solutions, has announced the creation of a new Chief People Officer (CPO) role and the appointment of Sara Pryor to lead the company’s people strategy. With extensive experience in talent management, organizational development, and scaling global teams, Pryor is set to drive Blend’s approach to attracting, developing, and retaining top-tier AI talent.

Pryor brings deep HR leadership experience, having spent over a decade at Amazon in key roles, where she was instrumental in rolling out global HR programs, navigating complex regulatory landscapes, and aligning talent strategies with business growth. Prior to Amazon, she spent seven years at Accenture, leading consulting teams in organizational transformation and change management. Most recently, she served as Chief People Officer at Rebellion Defense, where she led people and operations during a pivotal period of change.
