Prior to this promotion, Kumar Saha served as Director at PwC India, where he led the ERP-led Manufacturing Transformation practice. Before that, he served as Manager at PwC India, contributing to multiple international assignments across PwC US, PwC China, and PwC Middle East, delivering transformation projects across diverse industries and geographies.

He began his consulting journey at PwC as a Senior Consultant and Consultant, where he worked on SAP ECC implementations across sectors such as retail, chemicals, and heavy engineering, while also gaining global exposure through assignments in PwC Azerbaijan and PwC Kenya.

Prior to joining PwC, Kumar Saha worked with Bharat Aluminium Company Limited (BALCO), where he played a key role in plant maintenance operations and SAP implementation as a core team member. He also gained early exposure through an internship at Siemens, building a strong technical foundation.
