Zagreb, Croatia, March 2025 – Sara Živković has been promoted to Head of People Operations at Syntio, a leading European data engineering consultancy recognized by the Financial Times for its rapid growth. In her elevated role, Sara will lead the people function, focusing on employee experience, internal culture, talent operations, and strategic alignment with business and ESG goals.
Sara has been an integral part of Syntio for over four years, initially joining as Office Assistant and swiftly rising through the ranks due to her strategic capabilities and strong people-first approach. She served as People Operations Lead for over four years, where she managed end-to-end hiring, employee support, onboarding systems, education programs, and internal branding strategies in close coordination with the leadership and ESG departments.
Outside of her corporate role, Sara also serves on the Management Board of the Croatian Psychological Society’s Section of Work and Organizational Psychology, underscoring her academic grounding and psychological insight in organizational development.
Earlier in her career, she held a position as Public Relations Assistant at RED agencija, where she gained valuable experience in communication strategies, event planning, and brand management—skills she has since brought into the HR domain to enhance employer branding at Syntio.
She holds an international business qualification from The PowerMBA Global, completed between 2022 and 2024.
