Bengaluru, Karnataka, India, March 2025 – Chandra Shekar Hegganur has been appointed as Head of Talent Acquisition at Maximus, where he will lead strategic talent acquisition initiatives to support the company’s rapid expansion and workforce transformation efforts in India. In this leadership role, Chandra is expected to play a crucial part in shaping Maximus’ talent supply chain, driving DEI-focused hiring, and building a scalable recruitment framework across the region.
Prior to joining Maximus, Chandra served as Director – Talent Acquisition at BDO India, where he managed enterprise hiring strategy and execution with a strong focus on hybrid workforce planning and niche talent acquisition. His one-year stint at BDO was marked by impactful DEI initiatives and global hiring transformation.

Earlier, he spent over eight years at Deloitte Consulting, holding progressively senior roles and concluding as Associate Vice President – Talent Acquisition. During his tenure, Chandra played a pivotal role in leadership hiring, global recruitment operations, and talent branding while leading large-scale hiring across India and global delivery centers.
Previously, Chandra held the role of Head – Recruitment at EmployVision Inc., and prior to that, he led recruiting for North America at Helios & Matheson. In these positions, he specialized in executive search, full lifecycle recruiting, and talent acquisition in IT and BFSI sectors across both Indian and U.S. markets.
He also brings entrepreneurial experience as Founder & CEO of FOXJOBS Pvt Ltd, where he ran successful recruitment operations focused on startups and enterprise tech hiring for over six years.
