Missouri, United States, April 2025 – Tracy Sartain has stepped into the role of Associate Director, Talent Acquisition at Daiichi Sankyo US. In this elevated role, she continues her impactful work overseeing full life cycle recruitment across critical business functions such as US Field Sales (Oncology Hematology & Supportive Care, Breast, Gastric, and Lung), US Medical Affairs, Business Operations, Marketing, Market Access, and Global Corporate Functions.
Tracy has been with Daiichi Sankyo US for nearly six years, progressively growing within the organization. As Manager, Talent Acquisition, she played a pivotal role in streamlining recruitment processes and delivering top talent across a wide range of business units. Prior to that, as Senior Recruiter, Field Sales, and earlier as a Talent Acquisition Consultant, she supported the company’s expansion and talent needs with expertise in sourcing and relationship-building.
Before joining Daiichi Sankyo, Tracy spent over five years at Celgene, where she provided comprehensive recruitment support across Hematology & Oncology, Immunology & Inflammation, Clinical R&D, Business Development, and Global Supply. She also supported international hiring needs, including roles for Celgene Canada.
Her career journey also includes time as an Independent Recruiter, and earlier as Sr. HR Representative at Quintiles (now IQVIA), where she developed a solid foundation in human resources and talent acquisition within the healthcare industry.
