With a tenure at McDermott that began in 1989, Borne has been instrumental in leading and evolving the company’s human resources landscape.
Previously serving as Vice President of Human Resources since 2023, Borne has been a key member of McDermott’s executive committee, steering the global HR team towards the realization of McDermott’s People Strategy. Her role has encompassed leading HR operations across all business lines, including the recent successful implementation of a global management system, demonstrating her adeptness in managing HR functions with a global perspective.

Her academic background, a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from Nicholls State University in Thibodaux, Louisiana, lays the foundation for her comprehensive understanding of business and human resources management.
