Milan, Lombardy, Italy, April 2025 – Thomas Andrew Becker has joined MotorK as the new Chief Human Resources Officer, bringing over three decades of global HR and business transformation leadership across technology, digital solutions, and enterprise service sectors. In his new role, Thomas will lead MotorK’s people strategy, enabling its continued growth and innovation as a leading European SaaS provider in automotive retail.
Prior to joining MotorK, Thomas worked as an independent Human Resources Consultant, supporting multinational companies with international labor compliance, talent strategy, and cross-cultural integration. His work focused on enabling companies to expand or optimize their global workforce while ensuring strategic alignment and operational efficiency.
Before that, Thomas served for over four years as Senior Director HR & Business Transformation at FINIX Technology Solutions, where he played a pivotal role in organizational repositioning and people transformation. He was instrumental in leading cultural change initiatives and leveraging emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, and cybersecurity within the enterprise digital space.
Earlier, he held leadership roles at Human Capital Solutions, Guna Spa (as Interim People and Organization Director), and The Go To Market Company as Chief Talent Officer & Cofounder. His contributions ranged from managing large-scale restructuring and international talent programs to driving human capital strategies in high-tech and pharmaceutical sectors.
Thomas also brings significant experience from his tenure at Diebold Nixdorf, where over nearly a decade he served in both Director HR EMEA and Senior Director Operations EMEA roles, coordinating operational and HR strategies across 30+ countries. His earlier leadership roles at Bull, Salvagnini, Micro Focus, BMC Software, Vodafone, and Siemens further solidify his reputation as a seasoned global HR leader with an eye for transformation, compliance, and sustainable performance.
