Indore, Madhya Pradesh, India, April 2025 – Dushyant Bhawsar has been appointed as the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Stellar Global, a leading global exporter and manufacturer of commercial and office furniture. In his new role, Dushyant will be responsible for driving Stellar’s global HR strategy, enhancing organizational development, and spearheading talent and culture initiatives as the company continues its expansion across international markets.
Before joining Stellar Global, Dushyant served as Head of Corporate Human Resources at Molbio Diagnostics, where he played a crucial role in modernizing HR policies and streamlining performance management processes across the organization. His leadership helped foster a high-performance culture and strengthened employee engagement initiatives.
Prior to this, Dushyant spent nearly five years at Fresenius Kabi, initially as Senior Manager – HR & Admin, and later as the Head of HR & Admin. His tenure was marked by structural transformation in HR operations, the introduction of innovative programs like HR Help Desk and “HR Apake Dwar,” and the establishment of a robust HR matrix structure.
Earlier, Dushyant held the position of Head HR & Admin at Ajanta Pharma Ltd, where he successfully built the HR function from the ground up, leading extensive talent acquisition efforts and developing training programs aligned with business goals. He also contributed significantly to HR transformation efforts during his 7-year tenure at Cipla, where he implemented employee engagement surveys, SuccessFactors HR technology, and launched initiatives like DOST to improve onboarding experiences.
Dushyant’s career spans over two decades, including key HR roles at organizations such as 63 Moons Technologies Ltd, Kehems Technologies (Cristopia Energy Systems), and Ipca Laboratories, where he demonstrated expertise in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and cultural transformation. His rich industry experience and people-centric approach are expected to be instrumental in supporting Stellar’s next phase of global growth.
