With over three decades of experience in digital and technology leadership, Venkatesh Natarajan has played a key role in driving transformation at several major organizations. At QVC Group (QVC, HSN), he led global digital initiatives across customer marketing, commerce, and media technologies. During his time at Lowe’s, he spearheaded eCommerce and mobility solutions, and at Walmart, he managed technology strategy and operations for SAMSCLUB.COM and pharmacy systems. His extensive experience in integrating innovation with business outcomes has positioned him as a trusted leader in technology transformation.
Since joining Vanguard in 2019, Natarajan has held multiple leadership roles, including Head of Personal Investor Digital Channels Engineering and Head of Enterprise MarTech, CRM & Employee Experience Platforms. His leadership has been instrumental in enhancing Vanguard’s digital infrastructure and customer experience. Now, as he returns to India to lead this new chapter, his appointment represents both a professional milestone and a personal journey home.
