With a tenure spanning over eight months at Kidvento, Abhijith has played a pivotal role in shaping the company’s capability-building initiatives, contributing significantly to its mission of making learning intriguing, impactful, and enjoyable for students across India.

Prior to his latest appointment, Abhijith excelled as a Manager in Capability Building within the organization, where he demonstrated exceptional skill in enhancing the educational experiences offered by Kidvento. His journey before joining Kidvento includes notable positions such as Team Leader – Capability Development at Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, Sales Manager at Swiggy, and Manager of Quality Control at Mandamus Education Academy, in addition to his role as a Freelance Consultant and Trainer.

In his new capacity as Head of Learning and Development, Abhijith will oversee the strategic direction and execution of Kidvento’s learning initiatives across India. His deep expertise in HR and development, combined with a profound understanding of the Indian education sector, will be instrumental in driving Kidvento’s transformative Lace Up plan and further expanding the reach of sneaker culture globally.

Founded in 2017, Kidvento Education and Research has rapidly emerged as a leader in providing innovative curriculum solutions to over 450 schools pan India, impacting over 400,000 students. The company’s commitment to developing products that address the evolving learning needs of children is evident through its successful deployment of five products designed for both in-school and at-home learning.

The introduction of Ulipsu, India’s first and only multi-skill learning platform designed for students aged 6-16 years, underscores Kidvento’s innovative approach to education. Ulipsu offers more than 300 courses covering over 15 different skills, empowering young learners to pursue their interests.

Kidvento’s ascent in the edtech space is a testament to the dedication and innovation of its team, led by visionary leaders like Abhijith Karkera. As Head of Learning and Development, Abhijith is poised to lead Kidvento into a new era of educational excellence, making an indelible impact on learning outcomes and the way children engage with knowledge.
