Gurugram, Haryana, India, April 2025 — Irwin Anand has been appointed as the Chief Executive Officer of NimbusPost, a logistics technology platform and wholly owned subsidiary of Xpressbees (BusyBees Logistics Solutions Pvt. Ltd.). With more than two decades of experience scaling digital-first businesses across India and the Asia-Pacific region, Irwin brings strategic depth and a strong track record of operational excellence to lead NimbusPost into its next growth chapter.
Irwin most recently served as Managing Director – India & APAC at Udemy, where he led the platform’s rapid expansion and marketplace development across key markets. He was instrumental in building Udemy’s APAC business from the ground up—growing revenues at a CAGR of 50% and establishing India as a key hub for global product, tech, and go-to-market teams. Prior to that, Irwin played a defining role in scaling OLX India as part of its founding leadership team, holding multiple senior roles including Chief Operating Officer. He led product innovation, monetization strategies, and customer experience initiatives that helped OLX become a household name in digital classifieds.
Irwin’s career also includes senior leadership positions at Yahoo India, where he led business development and mobile distribution strategy; and at Aricent (now Capgemini), where he drove product management and global business development for software product lines. He began his career in software engineering roles at Lucent Technologies and Wipro, and has also worked with Accenture and Unilever in consulting and strategy capacities.
At NimbusPost, Irwin will be responsible for scaling the company’s domestic and international logistics capabilities, strengthening its technology infrastructure, and driving innovation across its end-to-end fulfillment offerings. His appointment marks a significant milestone as NimbusPost aims to redefine shipping and warehousing for the digital commerce ecosystem, under the backing of Xpressbees and the larger TVS Holdings network.
