Austin, Texas, United States, April 2025 – Dianne McCarty has joined Gravity Lending as Chief Human Resources Officer, where she will lead the development and execution of people strategies that foster high-performance, cultural alignment, and employee empowerment. With a career spanning over two decades in HR leadership, Dianne will oversee all areas of Human Resources for Gravity Lending’s team of 130+ professionals, including talent strategy, DEI, leadership development, and compliance.
Before joining Gravity Lending, Dianne served as Chief People Officer at The Savings Group, where she led comprehensive people operations across multiple brands in the fintech and auto refinance space. She was instrumental in building a values-driven culture, optimizing HR functions, and embedding engagement-focused initiatives that significantly improved organizational effectiveness.
She is also the Principal Managing Partner at The HR Dispensary, where she provides strategic HR consulting services with a focus on compliance, leadership coaching, M&A integration, and cultural transformation for organizations across Texas and beyond.
Earlier, Dianne held several senior leadership roles at EZCORP, where she served as Senior Regional HR Director, Director of Human Resources, and Corporate HR Manager, overseeing HR operations for thousands of team members across the United States. She was recognized for her strength in retention strategy, employment law compliance, and business-aligned HR transformation.
Dianne began her career with roles in Genuine Parts Company, CES WAY International, and Landry’s Seafood Restaurants, where she gained deep expertise in employee relations, workforce development, and organizational change. Her commitment to building inclusive, values-based work environments has been a hallmark throughout her professional journey.
