In addition to continuing to lead the STEER Advanced Manufacturing as the Global CEO, he will shape the Company’s strategic choices as an Executive Director on our Board. This strategic move reinforces the company’s commitment to innovation-led growth, sustainability, leadership building, and further professionalising the Board.
Nitin Gupta joined STEER World in June 2022 and currently leads the company’s Advanced Manufacturing Business, spearheading breakthroughs in continuous processing technologies for the polymers, pharmaceuticals, food, and biorefining sectors. With over 27 years of leadership experience across Thermax Limited, GEA Group, and Tetra Pak, Nitin brings a deep understanding of engineering innovation, business strategy, and an unparalleled commitment to sustainability for the people and planet.
