In his most recent role at Aye Finance Ltd, Harish served as CISO – Head of Information Security, Compliance & Governance, where he implemented key controls for threat intelligence, penetration testing, and business continuity while aligning IT risk with business strategy. Prior to that, he was CISO and IT Infra Head at IFFCO Kisan Finance Limited, where he led large-scale digital trust programs and reinforced IT governance. His experience spans strategic roles across the healthcare, IT services, and insurance sectors through his tenures at Max Healthcare and REDNEP Technologies.
Harish brings robust expertise in ISO 27001, SOC 2, ITGCs, cloud security, and regulatory frameworks, making him well-positioned to drive Ambit Finvest’s cybersecurity evolution. His ability to align enterprise-wide security with growth objectives and manage digital transformation with resilience adds strategic depth to Ambit’s leadership.
