Dubai, United Arab Emirates, April 2025 – Yasmin Izzard Mulvey has joined Tactical as Head of People, bringing with her deep expertise in talent management, organizational effectiveness, and strategic HR leadership across global markets. In her new role, Yasmin will be responsible for fostering a dynamic, inclusive, and high-performing culture that aligns with Tactical’s mission of innovation and storytelling across platforms that shape today’s digital landscape.
Prior to joining Tactical, Yasmin Izzard Mulvey served as Senior People Manager at Chalhoub Group for about 1 year, where she led people operations for Strategy, Growth, Innovation, and Investment teams, and managed HR strategies for fashion joint ventures across GCC, Europe, and LATAM. She collaborated with leading global brands such as Louis Vuitton, Givenchy, Loewe, Fendi, and Christian Louboutin, driving engagement, performance management, and strategic workforce planning.
Before that, she was Head of Experienced Hires at Strategy&, where she built and led a hiring team responsible for executing year-on-year talent acquisition strategies across the Middle East. She worked closely with senior leadership to enhance employer branding, people experience, and strategic talent development.
Earlier, Yasmin held the role of Recruitment Lead for EMEA Core Business at Meta, where she was instrumental in establishing the recruitment function in the Middle East, focusing on finance, policy, communications, and legal roles. Her tenure involved strategic recruitment across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, supporting Meta’s expansion efforts.
Yasmin also spent over three years at Emirates Group as People Experience Team Manager, where she led a team of 15 HR partners and was responsible for digital transformation initiatives, people analytics, and talent strategies. Her earlier roles at Cooper Fitch and ManpowerGroup Middle East contributed significantly to her foundation in strategic planning, employer branding, and talent acquisition across the UAE.
