Sharlie brings with her over 22 years of deep-rooted experience within London Drugs, having grown through the ranks from Employee Relations Advisor to her recent role as General Manager, Human Resources. Her tenure reflects a longstanding commitment to building a culture of engagement, trust, and innovation across the organization.
In addition to her core responsibilities at London Drugs, Sharlie also held overlapping leadership roles in London Air Services and Sonora Resort, where she helped shape employee relations and HR governance for nearly two decades, demonstrating a remarkable ability to align HR strategies with multi-sector business operations.
