Nagpur, Maharashtra, India, April 2025 – Jitendra Pandey has joined ZIM LABORATORIES LIMITED as Vice President Human Resources, bringing with him over 15 years of diverse and deep experience in talent management, industrial relations, and HR operations across leading manufacturing and pharmaceutical companies. In his new role, Jitendra will lead HR strategy and operations, driving organizational effectiveness and talent development as ZIM continues its growth journey in the global pharmaceutical space.
Prior to joining ZIM LABORATORIES, Jitendra Pandey served at Alkem Laboratories Ltd. for nearly 3 years, where he held progressive leadership roles including Associate General Manager and Deputy General Manager – HR, supporting over 2,500 sales professionals in the semi-chronic segment. His contributions included strategic business partnering and workforce engagement across regions.
Previously, he was Plant HR Manager at Coats, managing HR, IR, Admin, and Security for two manufacturing units. He ensured seamless operations for a workforce of over 800 employees and strengthened compliance and plant-level people practices.
Before that, Jitendra spent over 3.5 years at Arvind Envisol Ltd., where he served as Senior Manager HR, leading end-to-end HR operations for both permanent and contractual staff. He designed a performance-linked incentive plan for senior and middle management and was instrumental in HR budgeting, training, and operational efficiency.
Earlier in his career, he held long-standing roles at John Deere, including HR Manager at Dewas Works, where he built HR & IR systems from the ground up during the plant’s greenfield phase. He also served as Staffing Lead for John Deere India, managing recruitment across multiple business units and driving strategic hiring, diversity, and workforce planning initiatives.
