In this newly elevated role, Courtney will lead end-to-end strategies to enhance employer branding, candidate experience, and talent attraction for one of the nation’s leading physician-led healthcare groups.
Prior to this promotion, Courtney Reun served as Director, Talent Attraction at Sound Physicians, where she led transformative recruitment strategies to strengthen the organization’s ability to attract top healthcare professionals. Her leadership was central to advancing innovative sourcing practices and optimizing talent engagement initiatives across the organization.
Before joining Sound Physicians, Courtney held the position of Director, Talent Attraction, Intelligence & Experience at Sage Therapeutics, where she was instrumental in aligning data-driven insights with employer branding and candidate experience across a rapidly scaling biotech environment.
Earlier, she served as Head of Employer Brand & Recruitment Marketing at Dunkin’ Brands, where she developed and executed brand-forward recruitment campaigns that positioned Dunkin’ as a competitive employer across the QSR industry. Her creative leadership helped elevate the company’s recruitment marketing function significantly.
Courtney also served as Global Head of Talent Acquisition & Diversity at Ocean Spray Cranberries, overseeing global hiring strategies and diversity initiatives. Her efforts were vital in building inclusive talent pipelines and modernizing the organization’s acquisition capabilities.
Her foundational experience includes HR and recruitment roles at Corvias Group, Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, and JOHNLEONARD, giving her a comprehensive understanding of talent dynamics in healthcare, corporate, and staffing environments.
