Houston, Texas, United States, May 2025 – Shona Pascoe has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) at Elior North America, marking a significant milestone in her career and reinforcing the company’s commitment to strong people-centered leadership. In her new role, Shona will oversee all HR strategies across the organization’s expansive operations, guiding talent development, workforce engagement, and cultural transformation initiatives across its network of food and hospitality brands.
Shona joined Elior North America in mid-2024 as Chief of Staff, where she played a strategic role in supporting the executive leadership team and streamlining cross-functional collaboration. Her performance in that role, paired with her global HR perspective, has led to her elevation as CHRO, bringing a dynamic mix of operational excellence and international HR expertise to the senior leadership table.
Prior to her transition to North America, Shona worked with Elior Group in France as Responsable de Projets RH, where she managed international HR projects and cross-border policy harmonization for over a year. Her role involved developing scalable HR frameworks and fostering global alignment on key people practices.
Before joining Elior Group, Shona spent five years at DERICHEBOURG Interim, where she held progressive roles, including Responsable Ressources Humaines and Adjointe RH – Juriste. Her responsibilities spanned legal compliance, labor relations, employee administration, and litigation support—cementing her reputation as a highly capable HR legal expert with operational agility.
Earlier in her career, she worked at DERICHEBOURG Sourcing Aero & Energy and contributed to HR and legal consulting for international clients, focusing on workforce management and compliance. Shona also brings a rich academic background in law and international HR, including internships that focused on comparative labor law and international legal frameworks.
