In this strategic leadership role, Kaia will spearhead the company’s global HR agenda, driving organizational effectiveness, people strategy, and cultural alignment across operations in the United States, Europe, and Asia.
Kaia joins Minaris Advanced Therapies with over two decades of progressive HR leadership experience across life sciences, consulting, and retail industries. Most recently, she served as Founder & Owner of People Centric Consulting Services, where she advised private equity firms and startups on strategic HR integration and performance systems.
Prior to that, Kaia was Sr. Director, People & Culture at Societal™ CDMO, where she led HR transformation efforts, including HCM implementation and organizational restructuring. She also held senior HR roles at Ajinomoto Bio-Pharma Services, where she oversaw rapid organizational growth, employee engagement initiatives, and compensation frameworks.
Kaia’s earlier career includes over 10 years with Macy’s, where she honed her expertise in employee engagement, performance coaching, and succession planning. Her proven ability to lead through change, align HR strategy with business objectives, and foster high-performing teams will be pivotal to Minaris’ continued growth and global operations.
