Hyderabad, Telangana, India, June 2025 – Anukulya Panda has been elevated to the position of Vice President – Human Resources at Berkadia, marking a significant milestone in her career journey within the company. In her new role, Anukulya will continue to champion people strategies that align with Berkadia’s mission of delivering world-class services in commercial real estate. She will play a critical role in shaping HR frameworks that support organizational agility, talent excellence, and a culture of inclusion and innovation.
Anukulya will oversee strategic initiatives across employee relations, talent development, policy alignment, and leadership capability building—helping position Berkadia India as a high-performing, people-centric workplace.
Anukulya has spent nearly three years at Berkadia, most recently serving as Assistant Vice President – Human Resources, where she worked closely with the India HR Head and senior leadership to define HR strategy, align global and local policies, and manage performance, ER investigations, talent planning, and structural design initiatives. She was instrumental in strengthening the HR function during a period of sustained organizational growth.
Before her elevation to AVP, she served as Senior Manager, Learning & Development at Berkadia, where she led key learning initiatives and contributed to the company’s leadership development and professional training programs. She also held roles as Manager and Assistant Manager II, showcasing her growth trajectory within the organization over nearly a decade.
Prior to joining Berkadia, Anukulya worked at Cigniti Technologies as Assistant Manager – Global Learning & Development, where she designed and delivered cross-cultural training, onboarding programs, and behavioral interventions aligned to global deployment readiness.
Earlier in her career, she spent over nine years at Cyient, where she rose through various HR roles including Senior HR Executive and Manager – Training and Campus Connect. Her achievements include managing large-scale campus hiring drives, coaching employees, and leading induction and onboarding efforts. Anukulya started her professional journey as a Sr. Design Engineer, even serving international assignments with Pratt & Whitney (Canada) and TOS Singapore.
Anukulya holds an MBA in Human Resources from Mahatma Gandhi University. She further honed her leadership and HR skills through executive programs from XLRI Jamshedpur and the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
