Los Angeles, California, United States, May 2025 – Claudia Flores has stepped into the role of Vice President of People at DISQO, where she will be responsible for shaping the company’s people strategy and fostering a high-impact culture across its growing global teams. Her focus will include employee engagement, talent development, DE&I, and leadership capability building as DISQO continues to expand its influence in the advertising intelligence space.
Before joining DISQO, Claudia Flores served as Head of People at HG Insights for three years, where she led strategic HR programs that elevated employee experience and operational excellence during a critical growth phase.
Earlier, she was Head of People Operations at Intricately, a SaaS data company that was later acquired by HG Insights. There, she built the HR function from the ground up, overseeing talent operations, compliance, and organizational development.
Claudia also spent over three years as Head of People Operations at Swenson He, a software development company, where she strengthened HR frameworks and scaled people practices to match business growth. Prior to that, she held technical recruiting leadership roles at CyberCoders and Nelson Staffing, and began her career in operational management with 24 Hour Fitness, where she developed strong foundations in leadership, team building, and customer experience.
