San Antonio, Texas, United States, May 2025 – Isis Diaz Linares has stepped into the role of Senior Director of Human Resources at Tower Semiconductor, a global leader in high-value analog semiconductor solutions. In her new position, Isis will lead all HR functions across the U.S., including payroll, employee relations, organizational development, compliance, and workforce planning—playing a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business priorities to foster a high-performance, people-centric culture.
Isis has spent over nine years at Tower Semiconductor, holding roles of increasing responsibility. Most recently, she served as Director of US Total Rewards & Payroll and Site HR, where she oversaw critical functions across compensation, benefits, and local HR operations. Prior to that, she held key positions including Director of US Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and US Compensation & Benefits Manager, demonstrating strong expertise in strategic rewards management.
Her journey at Tower began as a Sr. Human Resources Business Partner, and earlier as an HR Business Partner when the site was still under Maxim Integrated—a role she seamlessly transitioned into following Tower’s acquisition. Before joining the semiconductor industry, Isis spent over six years at Target, where she rose to the position of Human Resources Manager, spearheading recruiting, training culture, and leadership development initiatives across store locations.
