Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, United States, June 2025 – Tracy Murray Moore has been appointed as the new Chief Human Resources Officer at COMHAR, Inc., a leading nonprofit health and human services organization. In her new role, she will drive COMHAR’s people strategy across behavioral health, disability support, and community care programs, with a focus on inclusive workforce practices and transformational leadership.
Before joining COMHAR, Tracy led her own consultancy, Tracy Murray Moore Consultancy, LLC, for nearly a decade, delivering HR strategy, executive coaching, and leadership development solutions to clients across sectors. Her work focused on organizational transformation, DEIB, talent optimization, and youth enrichment. She also co-created Rowan College’s Women in Leadership Institute and led youth career readiness programs.
Previously, she served as Chief Human Resources Officer at Reinvestment Fund for over five years, where she transformed HR into a strategic powerhouse. Her leadership introduced DEIB frameworks, succession planning systems, and enterprise learning programs, earning her the HR Person of the Year award in 2022 and leading the department to be named HR Department of the Year in 2021.
Earlier, she was an Executive Leadership Coach at Comcast, empowering over 300 senior leaders and conducting 360-degree assessments. Her coaching emphasized empathetic, inclusive leadership and measurable impact on employee engagement. She also held strategic HR roles at NJM Insurance Group and Siemens Water Technologies, where she oversaw global HR functions, talent management, and large-scale organizational change.
Her foundational years included DEI leadership at American Friends Service Committee, HR management roles at the American Red Cross, and career development work with underserved communities. These experiences reflect her long-standing commitment to equitable workplace culture and workforce empowerment.
