Defiance, Ohio, United States, November 2025 – Jenna Holzhauer has stepped into the role of Director of Human Resources at Keller Logistics Group, where she will oversee people strategy, workforce planning, talent processes, and HR operations across the organisation’s trucking, warehousing, co-packing, and freight brokerage divisions. In her new leadership position, she will play a central role in shaping employee experience, strengthening HR systems, and supporting the company’s continued growth as an asset-based 3PL provider.
Before joining Keller Logistics Group, Jenna served as AVP | Human Resources Manager at Farmers & Merchants State Bank in Archbold, Ohio, where she spent nearly three years leading HR operations, employee relations, compliance, and organisational development initiatives. Her contributions supported a rapidly evolving financial services environment and strengthened people processes across the bank’s multi-location footprint.
Earlier, Jenna built a strong HR foundation during her long and impactful tenure at ProMedica, where she progressed through key roles including Human Resources Manager, Human Resources Generalist, and HR Assistant. Across these positions, she supported HR operations, employee engagement, recruitment, workforce support, and organisational effectiveness in a complex healthcare environment.
Her early career at Kroger shaped her operational and people-centric approach to leadership. During her decade-long journey, she held roles such as Customer Service Coordinator and Service Director, where she gained significant experience in recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding, workforce scheduling, and customer operations management in a high-volume retail setting.
Across these diverse environments—banking, healthcare, and retail—Jenna has consistently demonstrated her ability to guide HR operations, lead people-focused initiatives, and strengthen organisational culture. This cumulative experience positions her strongly to lead HR for Keller Logistics Group as it continues expanding its logistics, warehousing, and co-packing footprint across the U.S.
