Boston, Massachusetts, United States, June 2025 – Jeannine Lombardi has joined Definitive Healthcare as the new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO). In her new role, Jeannine will lead the company’s global HR function and play a critical role in strengthening organizational capability, culture transformation, talent strategy, and employee experience as the company scales its healthcare intelligence platform.
Prior to this appointment, Jeannine served as Chief People Officer at Ginkgo Bioworks for over two years, where she oversaw strategic HR transformation during a critical growth period for the biotech innovator. She led efforts to align people strategy with the company’s complex scientific and operational needs.
Before that, she spent nearly four years at InfuSystem as EVP and Chief Administrative & HR Officer, contributing to enterprise-wide operational excellence and enhancing HR infrastructure. She also previously held the role of CHRO at Crimson Hexagon, a data analytics firm, where she provided board-level HR leadership and was a member of the executive team.
Earlier in her career, Jeannine held several key HR leadership positions at LoJack Corporation, including VP, Global HR, and also contributed to strategic governance as an Executive Advisor to the CEO and Board of Directors. Her experience spans global people operations, executive compensation, talent development, and organizational design.
She has also served as HR Manager, International at Dunkin’ Brands, and began her career at Digitas, where she built a strong foundation in corporate HR and staffing. Beyond corporate roles, Jeannine has contributed to academia as a Course Facilitator at Cornell University ILR School, where she shared her expertise on executive compensation.
