Before joining Equinox, Bindu spent nearly six years at Tory Burch as EVP, Global Chief Marketing Officer & Chief Digital Officer, where she successfully spearheaded global marketing and digital transformation efforts. Her dual leadership role spanned brand strategy, integrated marketing, analytics, CRM & loyalty, and end-to-end e-commerce operations, helping elevate the brand’s presence and profitability worldwide.
Prior to Tory Burch, she worked at SEPHORA as VP, Digital Marketing & Media for over four years, where she led omnichannel customer acquisition and engagement across a diverse portfolio of digital and traditional channels. Her leadership significantly enhanced customer loyalty and brand reach in North America.
Bindu also spent nearly four years at Gilt, where she held multiple leadership roles, including VP, Analytics, Marketing & Innovation, and VP, Brand and Integrated Marketing. She played a pivotal role in launching the company’s innovation function and led cross-functional teams across data analytics, consumer insights, and content marketing to drive customer acquisition and engagement.
Earlier in her career, Bindu gained experience across McGraw-Hill, Sesame Workshop, Edison Schools, and Morgan Stanley, showcasing a rare blend of expertise in finance, strategy, education, and media. This rich background gives her a distinctive edge in leading growth across complex, consumer-centric businesses.
