Voorhees, New Jersey, United States, June 2025 – Axia Women’s Health, one of the largest independent women’s health groups in the United States, has announced the appointment of Kyle Snook as Chief Executive Officer, effective June 16, 2025. He succeeds Dr. Gaurov Dayal, who transitioned to a Board of Directors role in January.

His deep technical experience and commitment to expanding access to care, especially for vulnerable populations, make him an excellent fit.”
Snook brings a distinguished leadership background in healthcare. He most recently served as Chief Operating Officer at PRISM Vision Group, a leading ophthalmology administrative services organization with over 100 affiliated locations. Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Strive Health and DaVita, where he gained extensive experience in value-based care models and scaling healthcare operations.
A West Point graduate with a degree in engineering, Snook also holds an MBA from Harvard Business School. He served in the U.S. Army as a Combat Platoon Leader with the 101st Airborne Division, earning a Purple Heart for his service in Afghanistan—highlighting his commitment, discipline, and leadership.
