Atlanta, Georgia, United States, June 2025 – Allyssa Leddy has stepped into the role of Vice President Human Resources at Ferguson, marking another milestone in her accomplished career in HR leadership and organizational development. In this capacity, Allyssa is expected to bring her extensive expertise in executive development, talent strategy, and performance management to drive Ferguson’s people agenda forward.
Prior to this appointment, Allyssa served for nearly three years as Senior Director Human Resources at Ferguson, where she demonstrated strong skills in organizational and executive development as well as strategic planning. Earlier, she held the role of Director Human Resources Business Partners for over a year, based in Atlanta, focusing on talent management, strategic thinking, coaching, and influencing organizational growth.
Allyssa’s earlier tenure at Ferguson included time as Director Talent Management and Senior Manager Talent Management, where she played key roles in performance management, succession planning, and leadership development for the company’s Atlanta operations.
Before joining Ferguson, Allyssa was an Executive Leadership Coach & OD Consultant, working with global organizations like Pindrop Security, Travelport, Anthem Blue Cross, and Apttus. Her work centered on talent management, leadership assessment, and business-focused HR strategy, supporting teams to achieve impactful business results.
Her previous corporate roles included serving as Vice President, Global Core & Professional Skills Development at RELX and as Director of Learning and Development at Ted’s Montana Grill, as well as leading HR, training, and development at CB Holdings Corp. In these roles, Allyssa implemented scalable talent and leadership programs, streamlined processes, and fostered continuous employee development.
