Windsor, England, United Kingdom, June 2025 – Rebecca Knight has started a new role as Head of People at LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, bringing her extensive HR leadership experience to one of the UK’s most popular family attractions. In this key position, Rebecca will play a crucial role in shaping the people strategy and cultivating an engaging, inclusive workplace culture across the resort’s dynamic teams.
Before joining LEGOLAND Windsor Resort, Rebecca served as Human Resources Business Partner at THORPE PARK Resort for over five years, where she played a pivotal role in supporting employee relations, driving people initiatives, and enhancing the overall employee experience within the highly customer-focused entertainment industry.
Prior to her time at THORPE PARK, Rebecca held multiple roles at The Restaurant Group plc over five years, progressing from Regional HR Advisor to Lead People Business Partner. She was responsible for brand-wide people management, regional HR strategy, and supporting large, dispersed teams across the business.
Rebecca also spent three years as HR Officer at Toys“R”Us, where she provided HR support across 85 sites, led absence management programs, and implemented performance management initiatives to foster team development and operational excellence.
Earlier in her career, Rebecca worked as HR Administrator at Virgin Media, where she was involved in redundancy administration and change management during a major merger, and as Duty Manager at Pizza Hut, gaining hands-on management and people development experience.
