Delmore’s appointment marks a pivotal moment for BestEx Research as the firm continues to expand the reach of its execution algorithms into new regions and asset classes. Her responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of client interaction facets, including onboarding, active engagement, feedback assimilation, and swift issue resolution. This initiative aims at elevating user experience and satisfaction, making each interaction with BestEx Research’s platform a seamless and rewarding endeavor.

Hitesh Mittal, the Founder and CEO of BestEx Research, emphasized the significance of Delmore’s role in the company’s growth trajectory. “As adoption of our execution algorithms continues to expand, and as we prepare to launch in new regions and asset classes later this year, continued focus on the end-to-end experience of our new and existing customers is critical. Sandra’s experience and relationships in electronic trading uniquely position her to lead our efforts to provide a quality experience to our customers and satisfaction in every execution with us,” Mittal stated.

Before joining the BestEx Research team, Sandra Delmore honed her skills and expertise at Liquidnet, where she served as Global Head of Commission Management Services for 15 years, spearheading domestic and global expansion strategies. Her tenure at BNY ConvergEx as Vice President of Operations and Client Service further underscores her dedication to fostering growth and innovation within trading businesses.

Delmore expressed her enthusiasm about her new position, noting the distinctive approach of BestEx Research to client service. “BestEx Research’s client-centered, tailored approach to providing innovative execution solutions across asset classes is what distinguishes us in a seemingly commoditized market,” said Ms. Delmore. “I’m thrilled to join this diversely talented team and have the opportunity to work closely with our clients to deliver an exceptional customer experience that drives mutual growth.”
