Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India, June 2025 – Manikkanddan K E has joined Thryve Digital Health LLP as Senior Director – Human Resources. In this new role, Manikkanddan will lead the HR strategy and operations for Thryve Digital Health, a global health tech leader with centers in Chennai and Hyderabad, supporting 3,800+ professionals who are transforming healthcare with innovative technology and solutions.
Prior to joining Thryve Digital Health, Manikkanddan K E was Director – Human Resources at Sify Technologies Limited, where he was responsible for talent management, people strategy, and leadership development for Sify Digital Services Ltd and enabling business units. He played a critical role in aligning talent strategy with business objectives, driving succession planning, and fostering high-potential leadership across the organization.
Before Sify, he served as Vice President – Head HR at iOPEX Technologies, acting as part of the executive leadership team and providing strategic HR guidance across India, US, UK, Canada, Poland, and the Philippines. His leadership in HR transformation, organizational restructuring, and policy innovation helped strengthen the company’s global workforce and operational synergy.
Earlier, Manikkanddan was Deputy General Manager Human Resources at Renault-Nissan-Mitsubishi, where he led talent acquisition and built robust pipelines for leadership, mid-career, and graduate hiring. He has also held several leadership roles in HR at Bosch Global Software Technologies, where over a 15-year tenure he spearheaded talent strategy, engagement, leadership development, and recruitment process optimization, and championed several organizational development initiatives.
Throughout his career, Manikkanddan has held pivotal positions in training, development, and HR operations at organizations like Micron and Claris Lifesciences, and holds distinguished academic credentials with a PGCHRM from XLRI Jamshedpur and an MBA from Symbiosis Institute of Management Studies.
