New York, United States, June 2025 – Melissa Erchick has started a new role as Vice President, Human Resources at Crestview Partners, a leading value-oriented private equity firm focused on the middle market. In her new position, Melissa will drive Crestview Partners’ HR strategy, talent development, and organizational effectiveness as the firm continues to expand its influence in private equity, media, industrials, and financial services.

Prior to joining Crestview Partners, Melissa Erchick held a series of progressively senior HR and talent roles at Siris Capital Group over an impressive tenure of nearly ten years. Most recently, she served as Vice President – Talent, where she led high-impact talent acquisition, leadership development, and engagement initiatives. Previously, as Senior Associate and Associate in Talent, Melissa played a critical role in building scalable talent solutions and supporting the group’s strategic growth, after beginning her journey at Siris as an Executive Assistant.

Earlier in her career, Melissa gained valuable financial services experience with M. Safra & Co. – Money Managers in New York. In her role providing administrative support, she developed the operational foundation, business acumen, and stakeholder management skills that would later inform her HR leadership style.

Melissa brings a robust track record of nurturing talent, driving people strategies, and supporting growth across highly demanding environments. Her journey showcases the progression from operational and support roles to strategic HR leadership in the private equity sector.
