Victoria brings nearly a decade of experience with Advanced Group, where she has driven high-impact strategies as Director of Diversity & Social Impact and as Chair of the Diversity & Inclusion Committee. Her work has included building strategic roadmaps for DEI, expanding employee resource groups, and advancing initiatives such as corporate responsibility, employee engagement, and well-being. Her leadership has also supported industry recognition pursuits, including B Corp certification processes.
Prior to her recent director roles, Victoria contributed as Senior Director of Diversity & Social Impact and Senior Business and Diversity Partner at Advanced Group, leading organizational change efforts and championing diversity goals across all business units. Earlier in her career, she held positions as HR Business Partner, Benefits Consultant, and Human Resources Consultant for community organizations such as the Vietnamese Association of Illinois, as well as serving as Program Director of Human Resources at Salem Baptist Church of Chicago, demonstrating a deep commitment to community impact and employee development.
Victoria’s journey reflects a sustained focus on continuous improvement, people management, and fostering a culture of inclusion at every level.
