Muscat, Masqaţ, Oman, July 2025 – Dr. Stuti Trivedi has been appointed as Chief People Officer at SGH Energy Systems, the dynamic industrial automation wing of the SERVILINK SYSTEMS LIMITED group. In her new role, Dr. Trivedi will shape and execute HR strategies to align with SGH’s business goals, drive change management, and champion employee engagement, talent management, and organizational development across a rapidly expanding business landscape spanning Oman and India.
Prior to joining SGH Energy Systems, Dr. Trivedi served as Chief People Officer at SERVILINK SYSTEMS LIMITED, where she was instrumental in establishing strategic HR frameworks, leading talent acquisition, enhancing professional development programs, and ensuring robust compliance and diversity policies. In addition, she currently serves as Director of Research Development (Freelance) for EY, where she guides comprehensive marketing research activities and bridges the gap between industry and academia.
Dr. Trivedi’s career also includes a significant tenure as Corporate Human Resources at SERVILINK SYSTEMS LIMITED, where she contributed to the design of employee-friendly HR practices, policies, and leadership frameworks. She has been actively involved in training business professionals, spearheading organizational engagement, and serving on the Board of Studies for MBA and integrated MBA programs at Gujarat Technological University (GTU), thus playing a pivotal role in aligning academic curricula with industry needs.
Her foundational experience comes from over 12 years as Associate Professor (HR) & Placement Incharge at C. K. Shah Vijapurwala Institute of Management, where she was responsible for preparing students for corporate careers, guiding research scholars, and earning multiple awards for research publication and innovative pedagogy. She also began her teaching career as a Lecturer at T. N. Rao College of Management Studies, Rajkot.
Dr. Trivedi holds a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from RK University and an MBA in Human Resources Management from Saurashtra University, where she graduated with distinction.
